GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This website is a wholesale mail-order shopping website selling goods appointed to personal use. Each transition made through this website is subjected to art. 97/7/Ce of the EC.

Il Numero Verde reserves itself the right to accept or cancel an order.

Once you have gone through the ordering process by entering the details as prompted on PLACE ORDER, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from us and to accept the sdispatch of it by payment, otherwise you’ll incur the regulations in force for the mail-order shopping.

The pictures on the website are made just to show you the product.

The prices shown on product page are at net of VAT. Vat is 20% for all the EU countries.

If you are not associated with an ISO code , Vat will be added once order is confirmed and placed. If you provide your ISO code ( or V.A.T. Number ) during registration , Vat will not be charged according to Ex. Art. 41 D.L. 331/93 . ISO code is verified before shipping and user is compelled to provide a valid ISO code of which he or his organization is entitled of . Abuse of this point will be persecuted according to international laws.

Product prices don’t include delivery charges. Delivery costs will be calculated on the resulting order value and charged only once order is confirmed.
There is no minimal fee required for orders.

Some articles are, for logistic reasons, packed in minimal, indivisible quantities.

Payment for goods is to be made by:
- advance bank transfer , PayPal , ViSa , Mastercard .
Payment through credit cards is made on safe PayPal server.

After an order is shipped, which is usually completed within 1-2 working days of its receipt, it usually takes 5 working days for it to arrive. Courier used is Bartolini.

If you choose to pay through bank transfer, days must be counted starting from the working day next to the receipt of money on our bank account.

Delays in delivery time may occurr if the destination can only be reached by sea or air, or in case of strikes or bad weather conditions or any other accident not depending on our volunty.

Purchaser has the responsability of the truth of infomration required during the “sign in”. Any abuse will be proscuted by law.

Purchaser sets Il Numero Verde S.A.S. di Cerini G. & C. free from any civil, penal, moral responsability due to the use, the selling, the consume, the missing delivery, late delivery..

Our customers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 10 working days from the date of the receipt of goods.

HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM A CONTRACT:

Send an e-mail to info@ilnumeroverde.com stating each article and code you want to withdraw from contract.
Send us within 10 days from goods’ receipt all goods you want to withdraw.
Goods must be complete and in their original packaging.
Postage is to be paid by the customer.
On receipt of the goods and on checking about packaging and goods’ conditions money will be entirely refund by Il Numero Verde, which will provide a TT the day after receipt of customer’s payment.
Damaged goods or packaging will cancel the right to goods’ withdrawal.

("Code in the sphere of the defense of personal data") is about the protection of people and other subjects whose data are put in this website.
according to the mentioned law, customer’s data will be used fairly, in order to guarantee your rights and the confidential nature of the business relationship. According to the law 13 of D.lgs. n.196/2003,
we give you following information:

Data are collected in order to contact customer who needs information/cost estimation/make orders through the online forms.
2.MANAGING OF DATA:
Data will be used with electronic and information technological devices, and they will be recorded on:

All data marked with * are compulsory to the dispatch of the request/order from seller.

Any refuse to fill in compulsory data (*) involves the missing service by Il Numero Verde S.A.S.
5. DATA CIRCULATION
Data put in the form WON’T be communicated to others but Il Numero Verde S.a.S. and the fast courier in charge of the delivery.
7. BUYER’S RIGHTS
Purchaser can in any time exercise rights involved in
art 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003, in order to:
- know the origin and the content of data
- verify their accuracy
- Add or refresh them
- Delete, change,make them anonymous or block them
